Qahwa Sada (Turkish Black Coffee) is a tragic-comedy play of how Egyptian society has dramatically changed over the past thirty years. It is composed of mini acts depicting the deterioration of Egypt. From the Arabic language, to the influence of Saudi Arabia on Egyptian society to what affluent Egyptian business men pray for to the decay and disfiguration of Egyptian architecture, the acts are tragic, depressing and at the same time, hysterically funny.
